access through fishermen’s boats for 1,50 Euros

the hills for Nature Lovers. Another unique attraction is
the proximity at a walking distance of two fantastic 18
holes golf courses. One easier for beginners, ‘Quinta
da Ria’, by the sea on a cliff over the most
beautiful inlet of the Ria Formosa and another one,
‘Quinta de Cima’ more hilly with many
hundred-of-years old olive and caroub trees. ‘Quinta
de Cima’ was selected as the best golf course of
Portugal by the Peugeot Golf Guide in 2004/2005 with a note
of 18/20 and ‘Quinta da Ria’ got 17/20. There
is a good golf academy. Cacela Velha is 1,5 hour away from
Seville and 45mn from Faro.
